1. Click the gear icon at the top right, then See all settings.
2. On the General tab, scroll down to Signature and click Create new.
3. Paste your signature into the box, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.

Where to find your signatures depends on which Outlook you use:

• Outlook app on Windows: File, then Options, then Mail, then Signatures.
• New Outlook for Windows: Settings, then Accounts, then Signatures.
• Outlook app on Mac: the Outlook menu at the top of your screen, then Settings, then Signatures.
• Outlook in a web browser (outlook.com or Microsoft 365): Settings, then Accounts, then Signatures. On some older versions it is under Mail, then Compose and reply.

Add a new signature, paste yours into the box, and save.

In the Outlook app on Windows your photo shows without the moving sun and the Dwell tag stays still, for you and for anyone reading your emails there. That is normal and nothing is broken.

1. Open Mail, then in the Mail menu at the top of your screen choose Settings, then Signatures.
2. Pick your email account on the left and click + to add a new signature.
3. Untick Always match my default message font.
4. Click in the signature box on the right, delete the text already there, and paste.

1. Open https://dwell-sig.nimbledingo.com/ in Safari on your iPhone and tap Open signature to copy.
2. Press and hold on the signature, tap Select All, then Copy.
3. Go to Settings, then Apps, then Mail, then Signature. Delete the text already there and paste.
4. The pasted signature may look plain at first. Shake your iPhone and tap Undo: the photo, colours and layout come back.
